Who can use Tnexy

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person should have one account.

For job seekers

• Make sure your profile, CV and answers are true. Applying with false information may get your account removed.
• When you apply for a job, the employer can see your profile, CV and career assessment for that application.
• Tnexy does not guarantee an interview, a job offer or any hiring outcome.

For employers

• Employer accounts are checked by us before jobs can be posted. We may refuse or remove an employer at our discretion.
• Post only real, lawful jobs that you are actually hiring for. Do not charge job seekers any fee for applying or for being hired.
• Use applicants’ information only to evaluate them for the job they applied to. Do not share it, sell it or use it for marketing.
• Treat applicants fairly and do not discriminate unlawfully.

AI career advice and mock interviews

The AI advisor, career assessment and mock interviews give general guidance. They can be wrong, and they are not professional, legal or financial advice. Please use your own judgement and check important facts. There is a daily limit on free AI messages.

What you must not do

• Post anything false, misleading, abusive, hateful or unlawful.
• Pretend to be someone else or a company you do not represent.
• Upload files that contain viruses, or try to break into, overload or scrape the site.
• Try to get around the AI limits or make the AI behave in harmful ways.
• Use another person’s information without their permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload, such as your CV or job posts. You allow Tnexy to store and show it as needed to run the service, for example to show your application to the employer you applied to.

Service and responsibility

• Tnexy is a platform that connects job seekers and employers. We are not the employer and are not a party to any job offer or contract between you and an employer.
• We do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free, and we may change or stop features.
• To the extent the law allows, Tnexy is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from decisions made by employers or job seekers, or from AI-generated advice.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Tnexy after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
